Delivery & Returns


At Sweet Dreams Direct we understand how quickly you want to enjoy the benefits of your wool bedding. We therefore intend to ship all our orders within a few working days of receipt of payment. We will send you an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

All parcels require a signature upon delivery so please make sure someone is available to sign – alternatively please provide an alternative delivery address.

The courier will make 3 delivery attempts before holding it at the depot pending collection.

All orders are sent out via Parcelforce ( fully tracked) and unfortunately we do not deliver to BFPO addresses and PO boxes.

Free delivery applies to UK mainland and excludes the following postcodes: IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE, BT, IM, TR21-25.


We want to ensure you are always happy when shopping with us. If you are not happy with your item(s) please return the unused and in the original packaging, within 14 days of the date you received the item(s). Please email us prior to shipping the item back. On satisfactory return of the goods, we will issue a refund of the purchase price immediately but we will deduct the postage cost from the refunded amount. If product has a fault or is different from the one you ordered a full refund will be given (including the cost of return postage) or replace the item. Any 'FREE GIFTS' with the products must also be returned.

For international customer: overseas shipping costs are not refundable.
